Tile installation is the craft of cutting, placing, and securing tile onto floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and other surfaces so they're durable, waterproof where needed, and visually precise. Done well, a tile installation lasts 20 to 50+ years. Done poorly, it cracks, shifts, stains, and grows mold within a few years.
The difference isn't the tile — it's everything underneath: the subfloor preparation, the waterproofing membrane, the mortar selection, the spacing and leveling, the grout application, and the final sealing. Each step has to be done correctly or the installation fails prematurely.

Consultation & Design

Surface Inspection & Preparation

Mortar Application & Tile Setting
We mix polymer-modified thinset to the correct consistency, apply it with the proper notched trowel for the tile size, and back-butter large-format tiles for full coverage. Each tile is set with leveling clips where needed.

After the mortar cures, we grout with the appropriate product — sanded grout for wider joints, unsanded for tight joints, epoxy grout for high-moisture or high-stain areas. Grout is tooled to consistent depth and haze-cleaned within the proper window.
